Submission Online
You can reach our journal via the internet address
www.turkpediatri.org.tr
Submission online requires the manuscript to be sent in 2 parts by following a procedure of 9 steps. The first part is the identity of the manuscript. The first 7 steps include the type of the manuscript, institutes, authors, title, short abstract, keywords, submission letter, etc.

1) The type and category of the manuscript is chosen.
2) The institutions where authors are affiliated are entered. If all the authors are in the same institution, it is sufficient to state it only once. No abbreviations should be used when writing the names of the institutions.
3) Names, surnames and e-mail addresses of authors are written. Moreover the institutions stated in the previous step are chosen and institutions related to authors are marked. The corresponding author should also be stated in this step. It is obligatory to enter the e-mail address of corresponding author. This is not a requisite for other authors. No abbreviations should be used in author names.
4) The title of the manuscript is written.
5) The Turkish short abstract is written.
6) The keywords are written.
7) Special notes to the editor should be written as a covering letter.
8) The identity of the manuscript is completed at this point. This step is where the text and images of the manuscript are sent. In the manuscript file there should no images except for the table. Therefore the sending procedure of a manuscript which includes a photograph and a graph should be carried out 3 times (text file, photograph file, and graph file). If present, the image files should be sent first. No image should be present in the body file. All photographs, graphs and other images present in the text should be sent in turn along with the names referred to in the manuscript (Figure 1, graph 1, etc). You may use any text editor for the text file ( Word, Notepad, Wordpad…). If your text includes a table, you should use MS Word. Since all information about the manuscript’s identity has been previously obtained, details such as author names or institutions should not appear in the text file.

The text file should be in the following order.
Turkish title
English title
Turkish short title
Turkish abstract
English abstract
Text of the manuscript
References
Tables and explanations
If images are present, only their explanations should appear.

The names of the files sent should not indicate the author or institute names. The text files that are sent can be demonstrable by changing to PDF format within a minute.
9) After the manuscript is sent, the details about the manuscript can be seen.  Up to  this step, you can return to the previous steps and make changes by pressing the “previous” button. You can stop when you desire and continue another time. At the 9th and last step, when you press the “send text” button, the text is sent to the journal editor and the text is carried from “partially submitted manuscript” section to “submitted manuscript” section. In this section no changes in your manuscript may be made. Authors can follow their manuscript in the editorial evaluation process. When the editor requires corrections, your manuscript is transferred from “sent manuscript” section to “manuscript revision required” section. In this section, you may make any necessary corrections.
